As a teenager growing up in Rhode Island, Roland worked as a camp counselor, founder and director of the Singing Hearts children’s choir, and tireless advocate for the disadvantaged. His philanthropic activities while in high school led him to a job in patient-care at a nursing home, later by studying nursing in college.
Roland began his professional career in healing as a gerontology nurse, where he ministered to persons nearing the end of their journey on earth. Blessed with abundant spiritual compassion and unwavering faith, Roland ably assisted departing souls with their transition to the other side, further clarifying his role as a spiritual healer. Subsequent studies in the art of Reiki, combined with his hands-on expertise in personal channeling for a growing clientele, resulting in Roland opening his “Hands of Light Reiki Center” in Harmony Rhode Island, expanding to the “Center for Inner Harmony” and founding the “Inspiration Foundation.”
Today, Roland’s personal appearances and “Channeled Messages for the Soul” presentations take him throughout the United States and Europe. He has received wide-spread recognition for his Reiki workshops and spiritual seminars, including “Achieving Prosperity in your Healing Practice and In Life,” “A Celebration of Angels” and “The Gift of Intuition,” each of which sells out well in advance.
Roland’s following includes a global audience of all faiths and ages who look to him for affirmations that love is eternal and heaven exists. Through Roland, thousands of people who have lost loved ones have received intimate and accurate communications from their departed friends and families, offering them hope and healing for their grief. Roland’s messages include his unique purple papers, handwritten messages that come to him throughout the day and night, which Roland carries with him to every presentation in hopes of personally delivering them to the person(s) they were meant for. These papers, some dating back to 2005, chronicle life-changing events through prerecorded words and illustrations, and are one of the most powerful indications that spiritual communications exists and love never dies.
Through his “Inspiration Foundation,” founded to inspire and empower others through love and compassion, Roland offers clients, old and new, the opportunity to join him in a complimentary evening of spiritually guided topics during special presentations at convenient locations throughout the East Coast. In addition, he offers messages of hope and support through monthly Beyond the Veil Internet broadcasts and online I Believe newsletters, as well as frequent Twitter postings and You Tube videos.
Born and raised in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, Roland currently resides with his family in Connecticut and is the father of a seventeen-year-old daughter Kaitlin who shares her father’s gift.
